Hi! I’m Heather. I’ve been making soap since 2010.

When people find out that I make soap, the first question they ask is, “What made you think of that?”

Well…..it all started with my daughter being diagnosed lactose intolerant. So I bought two milking goats. That was a learning curve in itself and I had more milk than our family could drink! What to do with all the excess?

Meanwhile, I had a son with eczema and my husband had psoriasis. I was doing lots of research on how to naturally combat these skin issues. And what should I find? Goat milk soap was rated at the top!

So with this new knowledge and my fridge overflowing with extra milk I set out to try my hand at soap making. Through many trial and errors I finally found a formula that worked. This soap formula is unique to Riverside and can’t be bought anywhere else. Yes, there are many many soaps out there, but only one that uses the exact ingredients/amounts that I do.

Family and friends have loved this soap for years. Many clients have seen relief from itchy dry skin; relief from conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. I’ve seen acne cleared, scalp hair regrow thicker, and so much more!

Goat milk has the perfect pH balance to match our skin, so our skin will readily accept the nutrients in it.
