Specializing in semi-personal training, our focus is on helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and enhance balance—essential elements for a healthy and thriving life. Whether you're an advanced lifter or stepping into the gym for the first time, ET Fitness is here to support your fitness journey with personalized guidance and encouragement.

    Semi-personal training at ET Fitness means you’ll receive a completely customized program tailored to your unique needs, goals, and abilities. Eric, the owner and personal trainer, works closely with each client to ensure every workout is designed to fit where you are today and where you want to go. You’ll benefit from individual attention while still enjoying the supportive atmosphere of training alongside others.

    In addition to semi-personal training, clients also enjoy 24-hour access to the facility outside of scheduled sessions. This means you can take advantage of cardio equipment and other gym resources on your own time—especially useful during the winter months when it’s harder to stay active.

    At the heart of ET Fitness is Eric’s passion for health and fitness. He believes that everyone, regardless of experience or background, deserves the opportunity to elevate their fitness and thrive. His goal is to make each client feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to achieve their individual goals.
