Babbitt's Wine Bar will feature a selection of wines customers will struggle to find in a liquor store. Their menu includes wines from all over the word. Six whites, six reds, a house white, a house red, sparkling varietals, and a few craft beers that will change quarterly.
In addition to an amazing line up of wines, they will be featuring local foods including Red Head Creamery cheeses, Schaefer's Market meats, and other local vendors on a rotating basis.
This beautiful wine bar features marbled tops, dark cupboards, library chairs and terrazzo flooring and floor to ceiling book shelves showcasing first editions by Sinclair Lewis among 1,200 books that fill the walls in this 1930's-style library interior of the wine bar.
Allison is quoted as stating, ''It should be a quiet, comforting place to discuss life.''
